Will this Run Most Games on High or Ultra

Considering that me, with a Radeon 7850 OC can run everything on high/ultra on 1080p, then yes, you will be able to do aswell 
You did not mention the resolution of your monitor @ 2560x1400 it would be a bit difficult but you can tweak some settings there aswell.
