I keep getting BSODs randomly. Sometimes gaming, sometimes browsing the web, quite a few times streaming from youtube.
Bluescreen view gives me bug check code 124
blaming Hal.dll+12a3b and ntoskrnl.exe+18c443
Im not a tech guy. This is an alien language to me.
I did some research on these two files
I get a lot of talk about over clocking, hardware complaints possible bad
cpu bad Mobo or Bad memory
well my tempertures are good. I ran Fumark it did fine. I ran a memory test for 7 passes nothing out of the ordinary.
I have about 2 months of Bluescreen views and mini dumps I can upload but for the life of me I don't see an attach file button for this thread so maybe someone can help me out on that one.
But im not overclocking nor have I ever.
I saw someones suggestion to increase the minimum processor state until you can get stability... I increased it from 5 to 25 % still got it although I didn't get it for a good 2 days... I had my hopes up on that one.
I really dunno what to do so maybe you guys will.
Pretend your speaking to an old lady im not much better off when it comes to technical mumbo jumbo but I got to fix this computer.
