If you could it probably wouldn't scale very well. 3 would be more worthwhile. Take a look at this:

4 way sli is possible, and has been done before. You simply need a large enough power supply and have good enough cooling as well as a 4 way sli bridge.

4 way is not possible. Nvidia locked it out and kept it just for the Titan.
