I am looking for 4 hours now and I didn't find a single router with an annex b modem that works with dd-wrt.

I also couldn't find a single modem without a router. Does this even exist?

Any recommendations?

Solution
modem/routers are not supported by DD-WRT

if you have a modem/router configure it to work in bridge mode (modem only) and connect a DD-WRT capable router
I am going to bet the DSL vendor will not release their driver to open source. I have seen some discussion that the netgear 3700 will run but they may be confusing the 2 models since they sell a 3700 that has dsl and one that does not.

I would recommend you buy a device and put it into bridge mode and use it as a modem only.
