hi all, i want to crossfire my 7870 with either a 7870 or 7850 and i want to know what my psu needs are. i currently have a thermaltake toughpower xt 675w running an slightly overclocked 3570k (4.2 ghz) a corsair h100i, asus sabertooth z77, 8gb of ddr3 ram, and of course the 7870. with this in mind is what i have ok if i keep overclocking light or should i step it up? any input and suggestions on decent non budget busting solutions is welcome. thanks!

If you're on a single display under 2560x1600, crossfire is a viable way to go about it now. There's still gains to be had, in terms of AMD fixing it more, but CFX is definitely worth something in terms of performance. The only radeon's really struggle with in frametime is FC3, and even then, a single GPU can run it pretty easily.

cool i'm glad i shouldn't need to update, the 13.8 beta was just released that is supposed to help with that but hopefully a fully functional one will come soon after. i really don't plan to upgrade until november or so but want to figure it out now.
