What brand of graphics card should I get? What difference does boost make? 1gb or 2gb?

I have chosen to buy a GeForce GTX 650 Ti graphics card to go with my build (http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/krispykid/saved/2772), but there is so much choice and I don't know the difference.

What difference does the 'boost' make? What difference does 1gb vs 2gb make on a single monitor? Does the minimal increase in core clock make any noticeable difference? This is a budget build so I am looking to spend as little as possible, I'm wondering if I should just get the cheapest.
Will it balance with the CPU?
Also it looks like the EVGA ones come with a 3 years warranty, not sure how important that is as it is my first ever computer build.
Would highly appreciate your replies.

For that resolution you need at least the GTX650 ti BOOST 2GB for decent playability on recent titles, any lower graphics card is NOT meant for 1080p gaming at all and will struggle a LOT.

I am not looking for max settings at all, I just want decent playability for the money that I've got

Youtube and benchmarks are only 65% accurate
at that resolution you should get the BOOST version, you can max out most games but not all. You will have to sacrifice AA and Physx(if supported) on games but definitely you will be able to play on Ultra to very high

it should i believe but playing cpu intensive games like crysis 3; you might need to severely lower your settings.

This is over my budget by quite alot. I would hopefully like to keep it below £115

the gtx650 ti is just a bit better than hd7790 in most games
gtx 650 ti is on par with hd7790
gtx650 ti boost is on par with hd7850

with an i5, they are very capable (not maxing out but very high to high settings)
i maxed out Bioshock with a gtx650 ti (except post processing on medium) @1680x1050 (60fps avg)
only sometimes for 2 seconds there was dips to 30fps (no 1frame lower) and even at that moment the game looked beautiful. 1080p
As far as crysis 3 and MMOFPS are concerned, they need a very good cpu also to run the game.
