Not included is my TX650W Corsair PSU and peripherals.

So here it is. First off, I wont be overclocking. I went with the Z87 despite this because it has SLI capabilities and seems to be a great all around board.

I also realize that 16gigs of RAM is obnoxiously high, but it falls within my budget of $1200, so why not?

I was debating going for the 4gig variant of the 770, and its still up for debate, but I'd heard it was actually a crappier version of the card with more VRAM.

I'll likely be buying this later today.

might as well get the 4670k, its actually about 30 cents cheaper on amazon right now than the 4670 for the option of overclocking if you ever got bored and curious

i would hold off on the extra 8 gb ram if you dont need it and save the money for other parts..like case fans or a nice cooler or even use it to get an i7 if you wanted

Even with a high range card like the 770 no way on earth will it be using up those 4GB of VRAM. The 2GB variant is fine no game is going to use more than 1-2gbs of VRAM in the foreseeable future.

Yeah, I figure its better to save that money and put it towards a getting a second one later along the line when the prices drop for SLI.
