Solution
OK I misunderstood your post then, so you already have the game fully downloaded somewhere but Origin thinks you don't?

Because you possibly moved it?

Do this:

Copy your full game onto the desktop into a new folder just name it new folder

Then what you do is delete your old battlefield 3 folder (the 1 where the game use to be)

Click on Origin and click download game. Pause the game update right afterwards, now copy your content from the desktop new folder into the folder that Origin created.
I had the same problem about a year ago, damn Origin, Punkbuster and all their problems... really hope it's sorted for BF:4

Ok let me try and remember what I did (ok that's impossible)

However I can make some suggestions:

Uninstall BF:3 completely, uninstall Origin.

Reinstall both, go into account settings deselect save to cloud.

Pause the update reset your router and restart it after 1 minute.

Make sure Origin is still Online (even thought you disconnected for 1 min) click unpause and see if it updates now.

There was an error I also got in 2011 that stopped at 99%

If this problem persists right click on Battlefield 3 and select repair install. It will only download possible corrupted files if you have any.

Let me know if your Punkbuster gives problems once you get into the Battlelog :p

Good luck & hope I could help

well dude this is the problem i deleted the game and tried to reinstall it again but same message appear to me

well i know i should ask them but no answer tell now

and i think that site was for the community not for the tech support

Did you make sure every folder (including the Battlefield 3 folder in My documents), add or remove programs ect. were deleted? In other words did you do a clean install as I suggested?

Is your firewall blocking the update? Be that Windows firewall or you A.V. firewall. Make sure to set it on allow for both Origin & Battlefield 3

Try this:

#Run Command Prompt in Adminstrator mode.

#Type "netsh int ip reset C:\resetlog.txt" without quotes.

#Restart.

I am at work and quite busy but try that in the mean time.

dude i cant download BF3 ever ever ever

thats the problem not with update the problem with the download after deleting the game

and every time i click download to the game this message appear to me the one in the picture

Did you try what I suggested? the "try this?"

If that did not work then just delete Origin completely and redownload that if you don't want to redownload BF3. Shouldn't be bigger than 32Mb give or take

ok dude i wanna ask you a question

do you have BF3 on your pc or does any of your friends have it ??

i could download the game manually from origin i just wanna know where to put the game exactly like the programme do so origin think i downloaded the game and allow me to play

because everytime i click on the game origin tells me that i didnt installed it right

i have it on my pc and its custom set to be in my origin folder, i done it manually before origin changed to install games in the origin folder because it used to want to install the game in program files and i had origin on a different HDD.

check in origins options where its installing games.

Contact EA's support. They will give you the walkthrough. If not I have had this issue before and it is a pain in the ass to rid yourself of, It is hard to explain but is fixable. Ever heard of teamviewer?
