The GPU is definitely a good one, however, your processor might bottleneck, 5Ghz is a lot, you better have some good liquid cooling or something like a Noctua D14 to keep it cool.

Yes, simply yes. The HD 7990 is currently the strongest duel GPU card and will perform adequately and the OC on the 8350 will prove great. Just make sure you have adequate cooling and a strong enough PSU to support the OC.

Yes you read that right. Not exactly bottleneck but what I meant is he'll get less fps than he would with a 3770K for example. I have been making custom builds for a long time and I know what I'm talking about. An i5 3570K will outperform an 8350 if they're both at stock or at a similar OC. I have benchmarked them for a build I was making for a friend who requested this processor, I noticed that on 70% of games tested, the i5 rig ended up getting 10 to 20 FPS more.

Not sure why you have asked the same question 5 - 6 tiomes just with different titles.

best set up for games is the I7 4960k with the asrock extreme 9 or Asus rog mother board. 64gig or ram get an SSD. set up ram disk. sli dual gtx titans. and get a 1200w PSU. get 4tb storage. get some water cooling for gpus and cpus. overclock it to 5ghz. get some case LEDs. and play some mind craft.

Also if you buy it on credit card with 22% interest and take 5years to pay it off. it will still be a mad gaming machine. for mindcraft. and solitare and Tetris.

good choices, the HD7990 is the most powerful card in the world at the moment and judging by the games you will play, the FX-8350 will be a good choice as most of the games are multi-threading games. BF4 can run on 8 threads (cores) bf3 crysis and warfighter can run on at least 4-6 threads (not sure).
it is my personal opinion that the FX-8350 can outperform most (not all) Intel CPU's at tasks that require more than 2 cores.

i have the same setup myself and i can get 100-120 FPS on BF3 and 80-110 FPS on BF4. and that is without overclocking the CPU (i don't have the cooler for it yet).

as the FX-8350 is a 125w CPU i would recommend a dual 120mm slot water cooler or a high end aircooler from Noctua, especially if you are planning some serious overclocks!
