Question on AMD Motherboards

I was originally going to get the 4770k with the MSI Z87-G45 but then i asked about the 8350 because of such a huge price difference... People suggested to go with the 8350 even though there is a little bit less performance, but they said the cheaper price outweighs that (is that true?).

Anyway, so i saw the Asus Sabertooth AM3 motherboard and was wondering
- Will corsair vengeance pro ram work with it?
- Will the corsair H100i closed loops cooling fit on it
- I know it depends on the chip you get but what should i be able to OC it to with the h100i

Solution
I would go higher psu at least 700w, and take off the SSD when you have more money purchase an SSD, or just get a simple 40-60gb SSD

I7 is the best way to go. It outperforms the 8350, and is worth every penny (only a 100 dollars more). To those three questions.

1. What kind of vengeance will it be? Can't be currently answered.
2. Yes it will, the corsair h100i is am3+ compatible.
3. It can go 4.5 ghz no problem, but it will always be different with you, you got to keep overclocking and seeing if it is stable.

I want to go with the 4770k (and probably will) but i live in Australia and things are ridiculously expensive here, i made an identical build on pc part picker with the US and AU version and it was like $400-ish cheaper with the US one...
The ram is Corsair Vengeance Pro 1866mhz ram

Could you make a build for me with the 4770k on AU PcPartPicker (i really like the Corsair 650D Case but im not sure if its a waste of money seeing as its $209) for roughly $1700

$1700 give or take $100 i guess is fine, i have an old 3TB WD Caviar Green that i plan on using so a SSD could be an option, but if my price range is too low for an SSD that is fine

Thanks a tonne you have really helped me
