I was sitting at my desk and bumped my tower, i checked it out and everything seemed fine; lights were on, fans were spinning and it seemed like nothing happened.

I look back at my monitor and it was froze, i held down the power button and it booted up normally, but now my monitor can not detect a signal.

The only thing that is out of the ordinary is that it will not shut off unless i hold the power button, and that my keyboard lights are not showing up either, (The ones that show you if you have caps lock on and stuff) But the mouse lights are fine.

I don't have speakers so i can't see if there are any beeps...

Something probably came loose inside your case. Reseat all the cards (video, network or anything other cards) make sure all the cables (power, HDD sata, etc) are firmly connected. Did you knock you cpu loose? Also make sure all the cables are plugged in tight in the back of your computer.

Make sure all PCI and PCIE devices are seated properly and reseat your graphics card if applicable. Make sure your power connectors are still securely attached to their ports. Next, check SATA connectors. Depending on how hard you bumped it, you might want to ensure the RAM is seated as well.
