missing file , cant login

Are you trying to say you can't even login to your desktop? What was the last thing you installed before this happend? Cause thad .dll is used by many applications.
Well a programm thats used to support Windows update server pack 1, item was installed yesterday sorry for my grammar im on my tablet pc wont work, and yeah i cant get on my desktop, so i cant get on my acc and yeah i cant get on my desktop, even if i still get past it, and login it ends up without a black screen
