This is my first personal build, and it will be for school work, gaming, and anything else a college student would do.

Can anyone offer an alternative or is any of the hardware poorly rated?

Also I have a 128gb Samsung p830 mSATA drive that I plan on using as a boot drive. I know it's low end for SSD, but it does the job for now.

Thanks for any input!

What's up with the 16GB of RAM? Are you doing anything Memory Intensive? If not 8GB is MORE THAN enough for gaming and daily use. Not only that you forgot a CPU cooler, trust me you'll need that.

I work in desktop\library support and some of the troubleshooting I do when I remote in requires a good deal of ram. Also it's fairly cheep.

That's what I forgot to ask!!! What is a good cpu cooler for stock speeds? Nothing fancy, just something to keep the hardware safe.

**Scratch that, didn't see your part list underneath
