phoenix technologies ltd 5.16, 8/13/2008 bios upgrade, Bios agent doesn't have one. anyone know where I can update this? thanks!

from the motherboard manufacturer (if you build the computer) or computer manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba, ...)
BIOS manufacturer provide code to the motherboard and computer manufacturers who turn changes it to their needs
