Recently i upgraded my pc with a Gigabyte Z77-DS3H and a 770 GTX Gigabyte Windforce. After this I have been experiencing random 1-2 sec disconnects and then I'm reconnected again. I'm running an i7 2600k OC'ed to 4.2 GHz at 1.295v and i only have a 500W consistent(700W max) power supply, can this have anything to do with it?

Solution
The ISP has changed the Modem/router(a combi box) and the cable to my connection in the wall and i have changed my own LAN cable, the problem still persists. I tried using my cellphones internet connection and it worked for hours without the problem occuring. My best shot is that my new motherboard has a problem properly connecting to the modem/router

Yes, i did format after my new board. My overclock is stable and has been burn tested at max threads and max memory with no failures.

Rest of the specs:
PSU: Inter-Tech SL-700 - 700W
SSD: Intel 520 series 128 GB SSDSC2CW120A301
HDD: 1TB Seagate ST3100524AS
RAM: 8GB Kingston 9905471-006.A01LF 1333 MHz
