Looking to build A High Powered Chrome Book

I wanted to know the best bang for the buck on a mother board that has a fast processor and powerful graphic cards. Ideally I would like a mother board that already is built with a fast processor and buit in graphic cards.

As a rule of thumb, you don't build a laptop, especially not a chromebook. You can only put parts into certain bare-bones laptops, but those are usually hard to find and won't run chrome OS. You'll have to buy a pre-built one.
