Increase the fan speed, move the card down a slot so there is space, get more case fans, get a better case, turn on the a/c, get water cooling?

I'd rather not have the GPU fans on high speeds because they're waaaay too loud.

Pretty sure I don't have any other slots on my mobo for the card.
Could you recommend some case fans on either http://www.amazon.co.uk/ or http://www.overclockers.co.uk/index.php ?
I don't think my Corsair Vengeance C70 case is the problem.
Got no idea how to install watercooling.
