Ati radeon 5450 problem

when in insert redeon hd 5450 ddr3 1gb in my pc, my monitor is dark. but pc is running.
my pc configaration is..
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ 2.4 ghz/ geforce6100sm-m motherbord/ 2GB DDR2 RAM/ 160 GB HDD/ 250W PSU

bit it work fine with Nvidia gt 9500 ddr2 1gb.

plz help me

Uninstall all the drivers related to NVidia and clean the registry too, with this software : http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/

Then install the Radeon GPU and the latest driver. See how it works. And the PSU is a low power unit, try to replace it with a good/rated and atleast 550W PSU. Though its a suggestion.
