Hey everyone,

I am looking for some help with an issue I am having, which I have spent several hours in attempting to fix, to no avail.

Currently, I have x4 BENQ GL24XXHM and GTX 650 TI Boost Superclocked in SLI, and I am running the monitors in portrait orientation.

However, I am having a problem with HDMI output. I have connected two of the monitors via DVI-D, one via DVI-I (with VGA adapter), and the fourth monitor to onboard Intel HD4600 VGA output.

I would like to connect two of the monitors via DVI-D, and two via HDMI. Is this something can be done? I'd really appreciate some help with the issue! :)

Thank you in advance.

EDIT: HDMI signal is recognised, but no picture is provided.

Solution
You're going to have an issue if you try to span the image across all 4 screens. Nvidia Surround will not span across 4 screens. It will force you to use 3 for the main display and 1 as an auxiliary display.

For a short guide on which connectors to use, check this image:

Card 1 is represented by the 4 top outputs. Card 2 is the bottom 4. You want both DVI from the top card, one DVI from the bottom card, and the HDMI from the top card. You cannot use 2 HDMI.

Solution
You can do dvi1+dvi2(accessory)+hdmi on the top card and hdmi on the bottom. Or You could use any output on the igpu for the accessory.

Essentially in sli, you can use 2 outputs on the first card but the others have to be the accessory monitor. The second card has to use the same outputs but not the same as the accessory.
