Weird nvidia driver problems + driver crashes

Hey guys, I know that this topic has probably been brought up, and I've found people through google search who've been having the same issue, but none of the fixes have fixed it for me, and my issue is a bit different.

To keep it as short as possible, my 680gtx doesn't perform properly in my first PCIE 3.0 slot on my maximus V motherboard (what I explained in the 3rd paragraph is what normally happens when I plug it in this slot), so I put it in my second slot which is PCIE 2.0. The issue is as follows:

If I reset my bios, go in safe mode, uninstall the display drivers, reboot, install any nvidia driver (I tried many), reboot again... heres the problem. Its a 50 50 chance, half the time my pc will boot normally, and the other half ill get a black screen after my windows logo disappears (or it will just freeze at the logo). If I do get into windows, my pc will perform normally, I get great scores in benchmarks and everything works as it should. If I reboot my pc, it reboots normally.

Here's the weird part, every night when I shut off my pc, or if I put it in hibernate or sleep mode, the next morning I usually get a black screen again, so I have to take 30 minutes to go through safe mode, uninstall drivers, reinstall etc, only to have a 50 50 chance of it working again. This is getting really annoying and time consuming as sometimes it takes me 2 hours to get it to work again in the morning.

Sometimes I get this weird issue where the pc will boot normally, but when I run any 3d application, or if I open chrome or play a video or anything, I will get static screeches in my speakers, the pc will start stuttering, and then the display driver crashes. After it restores, it'll continue to make static sounds through my speakers along with crashing the driver no matter what I try to do on my pc, so im forced to uninstall drivers again.

PS: I do have the latest bios on my mobo, and I had similar issues with previous bios.

Solution
I was wondering if you had found a solution as I am the same issue with my GTX680. I have tried all the drives going back to January of this year.
