After I made a static ip my pc(wired) suddenly lost its internet connection it says it's faulty, but that didn't affect my laptop(wireless) it only said that someone is using the same ip, it said it on my laptop.

Solution
Pick a different IP for your PC then or you messed up something with the gateway or DNS.

Seems like you are picking an IP at the low end of the range for your PC and that gets assigned to your laptop. Set your PC to like 192.168.1.199 or something, so if your router starts handing out IP's and starts at 100, unless you have 99 devices, 199 will never be used. The router doesn't know that you assigned the IP to that PC, so it will try and hand it out. Put it at the end of the range and it won't.

You can also tell your router to assign the IP based on MAC address of your PC and let the router handle giving a static IP instead of setting it on the PC.

I tried changing my IP but it says that the default gateway is not the same network segment(subnet)

They're the same but I only get one DNS server and it's the same as my default gateway.
