I would like to know which is best, in terms of performance, reliability, quietness and value.

The Sapphire is £138.40:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00A1572TQ/ref=mp_s_a_1_5?qid=1375911077&sr=8-5&pi=AC_SX110_SY190

The MSI is £162.87:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B009OUYFBC/ref=mp_s_a_1_7?qid=1375903125&sr=8-7&pi=AC_SX110_SY190

And the Xfx is £159.99:

Also is spending an extra 20 quid on either the msi or xfx really justifiable?

I am also open to suggestions on other graphics cards which are a similar price, I would be willing to go up to around £180.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Solution
its quiet and runs cool, it only gets up to 65 max on a hot day under heavy load and that's with the fan speed only at 40%

mine is a little bottlenecked by my phenom II 955 but it is a very good card and should be good for the future seeing as the GPU's in the next gen consoles are less powerful than the 7870, it plays most games on 1920x1080 at ultra with good fps, althought i do tweak a lot of the settings to my own liking such are removing depth of field and motion blur (only really covers up low fps motion and is not needed when your fps is good) because they are horrid and make the game look like your screen is covered in engine oil, also tend to play with 2xmsaa atleast and still get good fps.
the sapphire is a good deal, theres not much difference between the cards except extra mini display port outlets, i have the original sapphire 7870 cost me 260 at the time when they came out with 2 mini display ports like the other 2 cards, thats all that distinguishes the cards is support for 4 instead of 3 monitors like the sapphire.

Thanks for the reply!

How long have you had the card and how loud/quiet would you say it is? Also how future proof do you think it would be if I was to get it today?

Thanks again for your help.

The sapphire has now gone up to £154.30 since yesterday... -_______-

So for the sake of a spending only a few pounds more, is there any reason at all why I should get either the MSI or xfx?

none really unless you wanted to use 4 monitors although gaming performance wouldn't be great even on 3 unless you were to get a second later on for crossfire.

or just wanted to use multiple monitors while gaming on one or to multi client an MMO like lord of the rings or world of warcraft with a screen for each login.
