Whats the best build for the FX8350

so im building a rig around the Fx8350 and i was wondering which one of these two builds is better , and if this one would work
The one im not sure will work

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor
Cooling: NZXT Kraken X60 RL-KRX60-01 280mm
Motherboard: Asus SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory

Stick to Corsair, Antec, Seasonic and XFX for the PSU - Coolermaster PSUs are usually sub-par.
Also stick to 1866 RAM.
Additionally, I'd recommend the GTX 760 for the GPU - it contends with the 7950 and the 660 Ti / 670 and is pretty cheap. It's an amazing card for the price.
For the motherboard, stick to 990FX chipset motherboards - they are the best for overclocking.
8gb RAM is probably best as well - unless there's a specific reason that you need 16gb.
