whats a better power source

i am building a low to midrange computer and im not sure which power unit to use either the SeaSonic SSR-650RM 650W or the Rosewill CAPSTONE-550-M 550W. Both are semi modular and are 80 plus gold certified. I have been looking at both of their specs and reviews but still not sure
any advice would help, thanks

Go for the SeaSonic.

In the end you pay 10$ more for 100W more, both are reputable brands. I'd go with the Seasonic, I like to have more wattage then my system would need for OCing or upgrading.
