The PSU is too weak, you won't be getting the full performance, I recommend you upgrade to a 650 or 700 watt PSU.

Technically, yes, it is enough to run. However, it is a weak PSU for the card, as the card's PSU requirement is 500W. At medium/max load you risk overloading the PSU causing a system shutdown. Get at least a 550W, but I recommend a 600W PSU. Stick with Corsair though as it is a very reliable PSU manufacturer. I have a build very similar to yours and I use a 550W PSU, but it is still a bit on the weak side.

Wrong, Nvidia's minimum PSU recommendation was 600 watts, people took it down to 550, 500 is just too little.

Please let people that have experience answer his question, what you're saying is 5000% incorrect. I build PCs on a daily basis, and I know that 500 watts won't be enough, even nVidia says it if you can't figure it out yourself.

EVGA states that their Superclocked 760, which draws more power than most of the other cards, requires a minimum of 500W with 30 amps on the 12V rail

However, yes, I am aware of the fact that 600W is recommended. My previous answer acknowledged that.

Where do people get this nonsense? It's 2013 you don't need a 1000w PSU anymore.
Total system power consumption 336w, that also takes into account power wasted by the PSU, and thats with an overclocked 3960X. I had a 670 (which uses more power than a 760) running on a 500w PSU for about 8 months, and not once did the PSU catch fire or explode. OP, 500w is well more than whats needed.
