Windows Memory Diagnostic Freezes at 76~77%

Alright, i've been having random freezes with my computer, about 1-2 freezes per day. My RAM is Corsair Vengeance DDR3-1600MHz RAM. The problem disappeared for 3 days when I set my RAM to run at the BIOS defaults of 1333MHz and blah blah blah, but my system crashed again 1 day after I reset it to 1600 MHz. So at the request of my manufacturer, I ran a Windows Memory Diagnostic test with 10 run throughs on each stick.

So the first thing I did was stupidly run the Windows Memory Diagnostic with both sticks in, and it froze the 8th run through at 76%

So the first test goes through and gets to the 8th run through and freezes at 76%, I waited for 15 minutes and pressed F1 and no reaction at all. So I assume that RAM stick is bad and take it out and replace it with the new one.

The second test goes through 7 times and then freezes at 64%... now i'm worried, freaking out that it could be my mobo. So I decide to bring in a spare 2GB ram stick I had laying around (although I guess it was my blunder to not reset the timings, but the RAM doesn't even have any info on the recommended timings)

The third test goes through 8 times and then freezes at 77% on seperate RAM.

What does this mean? Is it just that Windows Memory Diagnostic is flawed, that my motherboard is bad? Or could it be that i'm just not giving the memory test enough time? It does say "It can appear to be inactive at times" but does that really mean for upwards of 15 minutes?

My next step is to run Memtestx86 instead of Windows Memory Diagnostic to see how that works out.

Solution
If wanting to run Win Diags, might try raising DRAM voltage + 0.05, and give it a try, mobos don't always regulate voltage all that well, if still a problem, then try running Memtest on each stick individually, maybe 4-5 passes, which should suffice

I did just that but for good measure I contacted my manufacturer today and they recommended I bump up the voltage to 1.65 so it appears that we are all on the same page here, I just hope that this can fix it, anyways, thanks for the solution!
