I just got an SSD today (after surviving an 8-year-old HDD) and am thrilled with its performance, but my startup time still isn't great because it takes a while just to get to the actual OS startup. I took some extra stuff (a second TV tuner and two DVD drives) out of my rig to see if that would improve it but boot times are still slow.
I recorded a video of it so you can have a look.

Crucial M4 128GB SSD
Western Digital Caviar 7200rpm 250GB HDD
SanDisk ReadyCache 32GB SSD
External

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
