Hello, I was trying to Overclock my AMD Phenom II x6 2.8ghz
My MOBO is a m4a87td-evo
i set the ram overclock to D.O.C.P to 1600mhz
Then i raised the CPU/NB Frequency up till i got a 3ghz overclock
and tried to boot it failed i lowerd the RAM OC to 1400mhz or somewheres in that area and it booted, i stress tested the pc for id say 20mins and nothing happend it didnt BSOD
so it leads to my question is the CPU/NB frequncy okay to overclock should i be concerned? or is it okay aslong as it doesnt crash i didnt change any voltages except what the DOCP changed any help would be nice!
