i5 3570k 4.4GHZ OC with Noctua DH-14 temps OK?

I am getting 69 degrees under prime 95 stress test on a 3570k with a noctua dh-14 cooler is this acceptable and my voltage rarely goes above 1.3v at 4.4GHZ on a ASROCK extreme 6 motherboard? my idle temps are- 26-29 degress? My case is a Bitfenix Colossus?

Great temperatures, How long did you run the test? What tools did you use for measuring the voltage and temp?
