Two Christmas' ago I build my first PC. I have an AMD Phenom II x4 975 (3.6 Ghz) After the first little bit it started to crash. The crash would be everything would be fine to a loud noise and screen tearing/artifacts. Also all programs crashing. I messed with my CPU settings a whole bunch at it fixed itself. Around last week it started happening again. Some days I can fix it, some days I can't. All I do is drop my Voltage, multiplier to 17 (3.4 Ghz), and HT to 8. If anyone could help me that would be great.
