I have an intel i5 2500k and im not exactly sure how hot that CPU should get but at idol its about 65 degrees. When ever i open a game or do start a youtube video the cpu shoots up to 97 degrees and once it gets to that it shoots up to 100% usage and everything starts lagging. When this happens also my games go down to around 4-10 fps on any game. Before i was getting around 60 on league of legends and playable on minecraft. This only started happening a couple of days ago. The rest of my pc stats are:
RAM: Kingston 16gb
Motherboard: Gigabyte ga-b75m-d3v
Hard drive: Seagate 1TB dirve
CPU: intel 15 2500k
Graphics: Intel Integrated Graphics

Your temps are way too high. You should be idling in the 30's with load temps never going above 70.

Make sure the heat sink is seated correctly and that your thermal past is applied properly.

Probably your CPU goes in Throttling. It drastically decrease its performance for gain n ormal temperatures

As JD88 before me, control the thermal paste and heatsink.
Is your cpu overclocked? Do you use the stock heatsink?
If yes at both question you have to lower the oc (specially when you use the integrated video card) or change heatsink for a good result :)
Any aftermarket heatsink will be better then the stock one :)
