my asus laptop turn into black screen after the asus logo.i can't enter to bios setting,can anyone help me please

Whats the model number on your unit? What OS are you running? If you want you can send me an email to cl-fred@asus.com and we can further troubleshoot the issue. A serial number would be helpfull as well.
