I feel like if you're going to spend that kind of money, you should at least get a 500GB SSD. They're not super expensive, but they're not super cheap either. And it's a good investment in my own eyes.

I'd also go for slower RAM. Honestly, you wont notice a performance difference from 1600 -> 2133. DDR4 is just around the corner and you never know what that's going to bring.. so don't invest in super speedy DDR3 RAM which is going to be replaced so shortly.

I'm building a new rig myself for more then yours, but what I've seen so far:

Don't invest in a high end processor right now. Go with the haswell 4770k and a LG1150 board (so that you can get yourself a nice maxwell processor down the line, instead of having to buy a whole new mobo/cpu).

Don't invest in speedy ram. DDR4 is coming and will be so much better then DDR3. Get the bare minimum speed right now and use the savings to get powerful DDR4 ram.

I probably won't get this till Christmas so it's subject to change :D I'll prob switch to DDR4 if it isn't incredibly expensive and I've switched to Samsung Pro Series 256GB since I only play like 10 games right now :D
