I am building a budget PC and I'm thinking slightly later down the track I should buy a second 650 Ti Boost (SLI).
I was wondering if my Corsair CX600 600W PSU will be enough. Should I get something with a higher wattage? Keep in mind this is a BUDGET build and I'm not willing to spend too much on a PSU. The CX600 only cost $66 so hopefully not too much more
Thanks!

Hm the 600w should be enough buts its a bit on the edge of how much you need, if you can invest like 20$ and get a 750W that would be the best solution.
If not keep the psu and in the future get a single GTX760 it will use less power, make less noise and have the same performace wise as two 650ti. But thats up to you.

I know it'll make less noise but then again a 760 is more expensive. One 650 Ti Boost costs $150. So two is $300 (The same price as a 660 ti lol)

- Intel core i5 3470 LGA 1155 3.2GHz
- Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (No serious overclocking (3.6GHz). I just want my CPU as cold as possible :p )
- Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H LGA 1155 Intel Motherboard
- Corsair Vengeance Blue 8GB (2X4 GB) 1600MHz DDR3 (I will upgrade to 16GB in the distant future)
- Corsair CX600 (or 750) 600w 80+ PSU
- Rosewill Blackhawk Mid-Tower Gaming Case
- EVGA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost 1GB (Only need 1GB because I'll be gaming on one monitor)

I would opt for the EVGA GTX 760 SC w/ ACX http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DHW4HXY/ref=as_li_q... over SLI 650 Boosts. I have a 760 and it's a great card for the money. :)

I considered the 760 but after a few videos I watched It was apparent that SLI GTX 650 Ti Boost is more powerful than the GTX 670 and then I compared the 760 to the 670 and the 670 just out performs the 760. http://gpuboss.com/gpus/GeForce-GTX-760-vs-GeForce-GTX-...
Plus I didn't want to spend ~$300 straight up. The plan with the 650 Ti Boost was to buy one and use it for a little while and then buy the second when I had the money.

You didn't explain that part :)  get the Gigabyte GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00C12M9CM/ref=as_li_q...

Oh yeah I guess I forget to mention that. Actually, the superclocked 2GB EVGA 650 Ti Boost is slightly better and slightly cheaper. And it looks really badass

im running 2 660's off an antec 650w, so yeah a 600w would run 2 650ti's fine, you could probably go a 500w psu and be fine. but more is always better than just enough.

Best solution

After seeing this thread I was forced to look up reviews on 650ti boost in SLI and it looks like a pretty good performing setup.

Outperforming the GTX 590 in a most of games at 1080P

I'm also planning on taking the same upgrade path of taking one 650 ti boost 2gb now, then another one later. But I have a Corsair GS700 PSU. 600 watts should be plenty. Try using the PSU calculator, this has been a great help in helping me decide what PSU to get for my system.
