Prices can chage since there are deals on. If you would prefere an i7 you can drop the 770 and get a 760. Also you dont really need the 16gb but it will help with rendering. Im not sure if you will OC your system but I would always buy a CPU cooler since the stock coolers tend to run a bit to loud for me and the CM Hyper 212 evo is at a nice price point. Let me know what you think.
