Cheap motherboard 8x 8x 1150 socket

Do you mean 'ATX' motherboard (which is the form factor of the one you list)? I'm not sure that any of the form factors come in an 8 x 8 size. You certainly can go to: http://www.newegg.com/ and do a product search on all 1150 MoBos and see what the price comparison is in all of the different size categories. That's the easiest way to answer your question.

I am pretty much sure that by 8x 8x he meant PCI Express 3.0 8x. You know the PCI Express 3.0 8x gives exactly the same bandwidth as a PCI Express 2.0 x16. So it should be good for handling any current graphics card just fine.
Anyways can I know what is your budget for motherboard and overall budget of the build? I might be able to suggest something better.
