Hello everyone,

I recently received my new graphics card which is a Club 3D Radeon HD 7950.
Now I have a problem.

I remove my 6850 from my PCIe slot (the blue one) and then I just place the 7950 there. The 6850 only needs 1 - 6 pin connector, while the 7950 needs 2.
My Cooler Master 500W supports that, so I plug in 2x a 6 pin connector.

When I boot my system up, my 2 fans from the gpu are working but nothing appears on screen.

I placed my 6850 back in to see if I broke my motherboard or anything, but this card is working perfectly.

What should I do?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks in advance.

To do that you must find CMOS Jumper on your motherboard...if you cant find it, open your Mobo manual instruction, there's you can find where that Cmos jumper location on your Mobo...or the easiest way to do that, just unplug your CMOS lithium Battery on your mobo and put it back(but AVOID this step if your mobo warranty sticker was placed on it)

Alright what I did :

Removed my 6850, and did my 7950 back in the pci e slot.
Attached the 2x 6 pin connectors, then I placed the jumper 1 slot down and I booted my pc up.
Still nothing on my screen.

I put my 6850 back in and I can see my bios.
I didn't reset anything after that, I just left the bios and it asked me to place the jumper back on his original spot.

Yes I found the right jumper.

But the problem is, when I put my new card in and I put the CMOS jumper 1 spot down so it will reset.
I boot my pc and still nothing pops up, so I can't clear anything ?

At that point I took the new card out, and placed the old in..
And then the bios DID open up. So why didn't it open up with my old card.
