Herro there.

Finally got around to getting my H100i shipped to me. Note I'm using the "Balanced" setting for the fans.

I haven't overclocked since I owned a Q6600 - I don't really do anything too fancy.
I've got my 3570k to 4.2 just by changing the multiplier - haven't touched -any- other setting, and left voltage to auto.

After running prime95 for a long time, my temperatures were at max 68-73-70-70. The auto voltage according to CPU-Z sits at around 1.264.

Are my temperatures too high/low? My room temperature itself is generally 20 degrees and I don't really have strict airflow minus having 2x 670s in the way.

Solution
THat seems totally decent, just make sure to use as little voltage as possible once you start getting to higher OC especially. 1.272v is totally possible, but if you can go lower, do so.

Thank-you so much for your input by the way.

Okay I've set my offset voltage to -0.100 and my voltage is now 1.160 down from 1.264. After running Prime95 for a while this feels stable so far and my highest core temperature hasn't gone over 60 degrees. How am I doing so far, should I try lowering my voltage more or am I in a good position so far?
My h100i fans are currently set to Balanced (1400rpm)

Would there be an issue with the way the block is seated? (Have tried reseating, seems fine, can't improve it)

If you already reseated it, then no point in doing it again.
Are you using the stock H100 thermal paste? You can consider swapping that out if you like.
60C is already much better.

I should say you should aim for 4.4GHz. Your temps are way in the safe side for it now.

I'm using the stock thermal paste still, and I was thinking of grabbing some Arctic MX-4 and seeing if that makes any more difference.

I actually played around with my overclocking a bit before and I was able to reach 4.4GHz with 1.272 V. When I ran prime95 for around 2~ hours my temperatures were sitting around 68 - 72 degrees. Didn't give it much time, was just testing.

Awesome, I'll see how it goes with those settings. Should I just be changing my offset? Or would I benefit more from just doing a manual voltage? I haven't touched any other setting and I've left turbo/speedstep etc as default.

Unfortunately I can't lower the voltage anymore, it just won't boot. Is there anything I can disable/enable in my EUFI BIOS to help me lower my voltage? Or do I just not have a "golden chip" :p

Not really no. Guess that is what your chip will give you. :D Not bad by any means though...

I've tried different fixed voltages and so far I haven't ran into problems with 1.235v @ 4.4Ghz with speedstep disabled. Continuing my Prime95 though. Temperatures at the moment are min 55,55,58,59. Max 67,69,68,69.
