Hi i've been trying to istall windows xp on a pc. The setup was going well until the part where the XP beggin to copy their files on the disk. There i got a blue screen with a PFN_LIST_ERROR. I searched the web and i found that it might be the memory so i changed it but now i got another blue screen with DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL USBPORT.SYS. Could it be the motherboard or something else?

What mobo/CPU/DRAM, may want to try install with a single stick, some combos are finicky that way
The CPU is a pentium D 2,8GHz but i tried a Pentium 4 3,2GHz and another pentium D 1,6GHz. I got the same thing on each one of them. The mobo is an Asus but i dokn't know the exact model, and the RAM sticks i tried are 2x(hynix 512MB 1Rx8), 2x(Samsung 512MB). I did actually put seperately each one of them and also on different slots but no effect. Is it a faulty mobo or it is something else?
