MSI Z77MA-G45 VSL/ddr3
Corsair 8GB Vengeance DDR3 1600
1tb WD blue
Sandisk SSD 32gb
asus 24x
nvidia gtx660ti

no plans on overclocking YET
and no plans for SLI

Those all require MIRs to make budget, BUT there's no disputing they would be excellent choices.

For $70, this 550W Superflower-built Rosewill is more efficient, and based on reviews, may well match Seasonic for quality: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182068
