Hi,
so, I have finally decided, what CPU I'm gonna buy. And since I noticed, that I have some extra cash, I decided to go with the i7-3770k, and of course, a good Z77 motherboard. I currently have a FX-6100 with an AM3+ motherboard. And so, here comes the question. How do I install it? Can you please write me a whole tutorial on how to change from an AMD to an Intel CPU? I have looked for tutorials online, but I only found AM3+ to AM3+ and 1155 to 1155. I will keep everything, except for the MOBO and the CPU.
Thanks!

Here are the steps u need to perform

1.diconnect the power cord of your pc
2.put it to a desk
3.open the side panel and disconnect power cables of graphics card and then take it out
4.then make sure each connecting wire of the motherboard is unplugged
5.then unscrew the motherboard
6.take it out carefully

Part 2
1.Firstly take ur new mobo and install the cpu in the socket
2. Apply a small pea sized amount of thermal paste to the centre of the cpu
3. then mount the heatsink connect the fan to the cpu fan pin
4. Then place the new mobo to ur case and tighten all the screws
5. Connect ur graphics card to the mobo and connect wires to it
6. Connect all your connections to your mobo
7. Connect the power cables and fans to the mobo
8. Close the sidepanel
9. Connect all the peripherals and u r good to go

If you are using an OEM version of windows 7 you will need to purchase a new one, it gets locked to the motherboard so when you change that it counts it as a new system. If you have a retail version you should be fine, might need to re-enter the product key, not entirely sure.
