I have ordered this and am just making sure as it was not on the cpu support list under further inspection although I may have been looking at the wrong one. Any help?

Yes, I think it will work.....The worst case scenario is that you might need a bios update....That's all!!

I do not see it on the CPU support list either. However, it should support it with a bios update. Pretty much every other ivy chip is supported, so should that one.

u ll need a bios update for sure to run a ivy bridge ob z68

see if u can cancel it and get a h77 or b75 board instead

Oh, okay that is what I had hoped, It arrived today at my dads office so I need to go and get it tomorrow, but if that does not work can the motherboard still be sent back as there is another one I can get which definitely will work as it is on the support list but would rather the other one, thanks for the help anyway!

I would suggest u to send it back asap as its better to change it for a z77 board which can be used further for putting 3570k/3770k
What do u say mate ??it would be great if u do it

I think that is what I will end up doing but I need the PC sooner rather than later to be honest!
