Heatsink change in optiplex 745

Hello all! i really want to change out the heatsink in my dell optiplex 745 mini tower and i wanted to know if i could toss in an aftermarket heatsink and fan. The reason why im doing this is because 1. It just looks plain ghetto. 2. that ghetto heatsink limits what gpu's i can put in it. Any answer would be greatly appreciated

well usually those dells use proprietary heatsinks and fans. dell does sell a better heatsink but i dont know how much those would cost.

you might have to do some modding if you want to install your own heatsink on it.
