I need help as I am ordering either one of these two builds builds tonight,
One is an AMD build and one is an Intel build, I am primarily using it for gaming like battlefield 4 and planing to play games on high or ultra settings, which build would be better?
Any Help would be appreciated Thanks! :)

Honestly either one will do fine. I prefer Intel in this generation of CPUs. My 3 previous Gaming PCs were AMDs. I guess my question would be can you re-cycle anything from your current PC? Like not buy a monitor or not buy a keyboard/mouse/optical drive?

Also if you haven't got an SSD in either PC I'd use the money you might free up on an SSD. They are awesome. (I looked at the CPU and GPU and RAM parts primarily.)

Problem is. I have a shite all-in-one so i cant recycle anything from it, not even the keyboard or mouse since its an OEM wireless...

I have to get everything in this build with $1,000 including monitor and keyboard/mouse, SSD i might get later on but for now this is what im working with, I heard intel is the way to go,

But yet again, next-gen games are being developed around the 8 core architecture since that is what next-gen consoles will have, so im leaning AMD for future proofing....But I heard they run hot stock and I only have one case fan...

I'm not as familiar with the newest AMD chips. They weren't on the market when I got my PC 9 months ago. I have an i5 3570K and I spent $30 on a Hyper 212 EVO case fan. I've overclocked it slightly and I'm still running at very low temperatures. I could overclock it significantly more.

I don't know enough about software development to know if the fundamental difference for the AMD vs. the Intel will make the AMD a better choice for the future. You might want to ask that very specific question on the forum dedicated to CPUs. If there's a long term benefit to the AMD based on that fundamental difference then I would recommend the AMD build.
