I can't access anything on that drive. I can't change permissions as it denies me saying error applying security. How can I fix this?

Second problem taking out a hard drive and this happened.

Solution
NOPE you can't 'fix' a HDD pins being 'broken off' if that is what the image shows. Now that you have a broken drive and you want the data off it, your only solution is a manual removal of the plates from the casing and put into a HDD reader, as the Professional Data Recovery companies do, starting at $12,000 + as it has to be done in a clean room (cleaner then surgery room), by qualified techs (whom earn $100K+ each), using UNIQUE manufacturing equipment ($500K-$1M+).

If your a business, then yes that is a cost of business considering your sales from it would be $200K+ for the cost of $12K to recover is just something to deal with. As a consumer, this is too much and you are SOL and get a new drive.

Now if the problem was ONLY the...

Now if the problem was ONLY the first image, you need to log in with a Admin account (or even better yet unhide the Admin account) and use Take Ownership over the folder for Windows to right a new security setting over the data AS LONG AS IT IS NOT ENCRYPTED. If it is Encrypted your SOL.
