XFX 850 PSU not supplying power to the motherboard.

I just bought a new XFX 850 PSU and a GTX 660TI recently. I got everything plugged in, and secured (or so I hope). The power switch is in the ON ( | ) position, it's plugged in, and the hybrid switch is set to 'normal'.

I tried my old PSU, and the motherboard & GPU lights turn on, so I'm unsure if I'm doing something wrong with the new PSU or if I got a lemon.

Last time I tried here, I got a really quick answer, and I'm hoping for another one.

Why is it that whenever I post something in here or another forum, The damn thing solves itself.
I thought the 2 MB ports on the PSU were for different motherboard configs, but they both need to be used.

Thank you for letting me type out my problem and giving me time think about it a little more.
