Thermal Paste Worth It?

I have finally found stable with my i7 - 2700k @ 4.7Ghz With 1.375v... My highest core is around 70c average and peaks between 75 and 79c. This is with the new Noctua fans i put on to my h100i. Ambient temps are around 28-30c. I was wondering how much of a difference would i see from replacing the thermal compound on my h100i. If it is worth it what thermal compound is the best? Last question is are my temps good?

Your Temp are on the high side. I use arctic silver. I am not claiming it is the best tim but it works great for me..

3 to 5 degree drop is what I have noticed using good tim.

It says "Arctic Silver 5 has a recommended 200-hour burn-in period before it’s supposed to reach maximum efficiency" Does that mean i am supposed to run prime 95 for 200 hours, let it sit for 200 hours, or after 200 hours of anything it will show its best results...? :/ Thanks again for the help guys!

No just by normal use of your computer on for a while then power off to cool will work.
