Hi,

My two friends are selling their gaming PC's. I am confused on which one to go with as i have to go better CPU or better GPU. Here are the systems:

1.Corsair Carbide 400R Midi Tower Case (2x120 mm fans front, 1x120mm fan back)
Intel i5-2500k CPU, stock 3.3Mhz, clocked to 4.2Mhz
ASUS P8Z68-LX Mobo
Corsair Vengeance Red 2x4Gb 1600Mhz RAM
Seagate Barracuda 500Gb 7200 rpm HDD
Western Digital Caviar Blue 500Gb 7200 rpm HDD
MSI AMD Radeon 7850 HD 2Gb Frozr II Factory Overclocked Gfx Card
Corsair CX500 PSU
Arctic Freezer Pro 7
Samsung DVD Writer

2.Intel i5 4570 Haswell CPU. 3.20ghz
8GB Corsair vengeance DDR3 Pro series
MSI Z87-G41 BOARD SOCKET 1150
Nvidia Geforce gtx 650TI 1GB
1TB Hard Drive
Corsair CX500 PSU

Thats the information they have provided. The first one is £495 and other is £450. I will be using the computer for mainly gaming, but quite a lot of video editing from the games, so therefore i game capture. Both pf these PC's are in working condition.

So, what do i do sacrifice CPU for GPU or other way round. Is there much difference between the cpu when the 2500k is OC?

Sorry, for an essay, but i don't want to mess up.

Thanks and ask any questions!

Would the 2500k out perform the 4570 when overclocked?

Even in video editing?
