I have an old ipod touch, i think its 2nd gen. screen says iPod is disabled, connect to itunes. but when i connect to itunes, i get an error that says itunes cannot connect because the ipod is locked with a passcode, even though i cant enter a passcode. I tried a hard reboot where i pressed home and power for 10 seconds until the apple logo appeared, but that didnt do anything, it just brings me back to the ipod is disabled screen
