I am currently in the midst of building a mid range gaming pc. And have chosen the various components to use. But I was wondering whether or not a Corsair CX500 Power Supply (500 Watt) would be able to power all the following components:

CPU: Intel Core I3 3220
GPU: EVGA GTX 600 Superclocked
MoBo: Intel P8Z77-v lx
HDD: 1 TB Western Digital Caviar Blue
PSU: Corsair CX500
RAM: 4gb Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz
CASE: Zalman Z11
WIFI CARD: TP Link TL-WN881ND 300Mbps Wireless N PCI Express Adapter

I know that some of the components listed above are irrelevant to the question I am asking, however It would give you more of an idea as to my budget regarding this computer.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope that any of you will have an easy answer so that my question is resolved!

600 series ok. but what model? 650? 660? 660 ti? 670? what?

If its up to 660 I would say you are pretty safe but I would go with a 600 psu just to be safe.

Of its 660 sc then the psu will run that system with ease no issues there
A gtx 660 sc would need around 25 amps and ur psu provides much more than that

Will be fine but if you have plans at some point to SLI I would get a larger wattage PSU. But if you have no plans to SLI you will be just fine.
